my love affair with new york city is not something i keep quiet. if you know me, you are well aware that i adore being in the city. so you can imagine how excited i was when i arrived here today. after checking into the new york palace or as i like to refer to my home for the next few days, i rushed over to lincoln center to see nicole miller’s show. prints, floral, velvets, floppy hats…all very 60’s inspired. a collection i could see myself wearing at any moment. as soon as it ended i had to dash out of there to make the gillette party at MILK studios. here i met up with my friend aaron, and we sipped on delicious cocktails while mingling with men’s fashion elite hosted by rapper, common!
back to the hotel to get my mom and off to dinner. so wonderful having her here in the city with me. after eating sushi we called it a night to get ready for the big day ahead.
i cannot wait to see what the city and fashion week has in store for me this show season. stay tuned…
