To say I adore sweater weather would be an understatement. I love being able to throw on a cute sweater with denim and booties or even a skirt and over-the-knee boots (like below)! Options are endless with a fun sweater, and I can’t seem to get enough of them (literally buying another one online as we speak). If it’s really cold, then you can layer a blazer or a leather jacket over a sweater for another chic option. Overall this look was easy to pull together because of this adorable black and white sweater. The piece is an easy focal point to style around. I can’t wait to throw it on with my high-rise Levi’s this week for a more casual look once the weather cools back down again.
Now let’s chat boots for a moment. I’m really into this pair of boots I’m wearing below for several reasons. First, they are super comfortable (not always the case with boots). Second, they are affordable! Yes, they are under $100 and the suede is soft (huge bonus). Oh and how could I forget to mention these amazing faux fur cuffs I added to the sweater? Bauble Bar sells fur cuffs (here) that you can wear on any top or sweater. All of the sudden, you’ve added fur detail to something you already own! Ah, I’m loving this trend!
In other news, I’m off to Vegas this morning to celebrate my 30th birthday for the final time (yes, it was a month ago…haha)! Since my family lives in Texas, we decided to all meet in Vegas. I can’t wait to have fun at the casino, spend time with my family AND see BRITNEY SPEARS!! For those of you who know me well, you are aware that I’m a huge Britney fan! I’ve loved her ever since I saw her open for an *NSYNC concert when I was in the 4th grade. Total fan girl over here! I can’t wait for the weekend to begin, I have a feeling it’s going to be one for the books! xx
