Those Ruffles

I am loving all the ruffle detail appearing this Spring. This top is the perfect example of the trend I adore. It’s an easy way to feel girly and bring in the new season (and hopefully the warmer weather). I’ve paired the ruffled top with some distressed denim and these super cute ballerina flats. But these flats have a twist…hardware. Yep, these ballerina flats just became edgy (I know, seems like an oxymoron). I’m also a fan of mixing patterns and textures and adding these flats to my lineup has done just that. You know what? I can already tell that I’m going to continue to be drawn towards this ruffle trend. I’m visualizing ruffles on a beach trip or even just a day in the sun. Whether it be a top or a dress, this is a pretty look for the Spring and Summer. What’s a trend you’re loving this season?
