As some of you know, I really enjoy working out. I like to clear my head either by going for a run or taking a workout class. Whether it be a Barry’s Bootcamp, pilates or yoga class, I really find exercise to be a great outlet for me. When it comes to yoga, I have been taking CorePower Yoga classes recently.
