I recently took a weekend trip to Squaw Valley Resort in Lake Tahoe to get in some skiing before jetting off to Park City this coming weekend. As some of you know, I grew up skiing but snowboarded for many years. This trip was my first time to put on skis in over ten years! I know, crazy! I couldn’t believe how quickly I picked the sport back up again. I fell in love with skiing all over and can’t wait to be back out on the mountain. I never thought the day would come when I traded in my snowboard for uncomfortable ski boots again. Since deciding to switch back, I obviously knew I would need to get new ski gear. Out with the baggy snowboard pants and in with the slim fit ski flares. I also purchased this fabulous coat complete with a faux fur hood (yes, my signature look is black and dark grey). New goggles and fur lined snow boots were also on the top of the list. So if you’re in the market for new snow gear, I highly recommend my selections. Not only did I love my look, I was also very warm (that’s important too right?). Scroll down for more of my ski ready attire.
