A Little Black Dress

It’s mid October, and we are finally feeling some Fall weather in Dallas. This excites me because I can officially let the layering begin! Even if that only means a leather vest, the season of layers is back!

Now we all know that every girl needs a little black dress in their closet but what about a new spin on the staple item? I love that this cotton black dress has long sleeves and a little pattern on it to keep it casual. It can also be a go-to this Fall because you can dress it up or down. For example, I paired it with a leather vest and knee high boots. Another option is a blazer or a cape to dress it up a bit with some fun black booties or your favorite heels. A piece that can transition is always a good way to go. You can wear this dress through different seasons and manage to make it look different each time you go out of the house. AND how could I forget the boots? These Stuart Weitzman boots are some of my favorites. Not only are they striking, but they are easy to wear (comfortable). If you don’t have a good over-the-knee boot yet, I highly suggest you get a pair (you won’t regret it)!

Happy Monday! xx
