That Sex and the City Moment

Fact: tutus are for ballerinas. Fact: tutus are also a chic statement piece for a night out (and not just for Carrie Bradshaw). Growing up a ballerina, it seems fitting that this trend would hit home for me. Instead of my pretty pointe shoes, I have on my fashion forward hot pink Charlotte Olympia’s #swoon. My jaw literally dropped the second these became a permanent resident in my closet. I am loving this trend because of the flirty yet fierce message it brings to the table. Hey, I am girlie but I am also a chick who takes risks. Pairing the tutu with that perfect pink lipstick and a statement collar definitely fine tuned the overall look. xo
